Wannenbachfall

The Wannenbachfall is a 110 meter high single drop waterfall near Wichlen/Elm (Glarus Süd), in the region Glarus, Switzerland.

From Glarus Süd drive east to Matt, Elm and Wichlen where the road ends. Park the car at the big parking (gps 46.890252, 9.126399). I hope this is possible because it is a military area.

From here walk south following the river Jetbach to three waterfalls: the first one on the right is the Wannebachfall. Next to it you see the unterer Jetzbachfall and further upstream the oberer Jetzbachfall. Not very impressive waterfalls but the nature is very beautiful.
