Tågfossen
(Tagfossen)
Tågfossen is one of the largest waterfalls in Norway located in the Litldalen (south of Sunndalsøra) in the region More og Romsdal, Norway.
The river Tågbekken cascades down between two lakes Tågvatna (alt. 1.088 m) and the bigger Dalavatnet (alt. 228 m). Inbetween the Tågfossen cascades down over 700 meters.
Early in the summer, after warm weather, Tågfossen is impressive enough to be called a real waterfall and Google maps already mentions this waterfall.
Tågfossen can be reached very easy from Sunndalsøra. Drive south into Litldalen (Fv311) until you reach a big lake at the right (Dalavatnet). At the left the Tågfossen shows up. You can drive up to the bottom of the waterfall.
