Jetzbachfall

There are two waterfalls in the river Jetzbach called unterer and oberer Jetzbachfall. They are located near Wichlen (Elm) in the region Glarus, Switzerland.

From Glarus Süd drive east to Matt, Elm and at Wichlen keep left until  the road ends. Park your car a little further then the shooting club at gps 46.885855, 9.126926. I hope this is possible because it is a military area.

From the parking walk south following the river Jetzbach. On the way further into the valley you will see three waterfalls: the first one on the right is the Wannebachfall. Next to it you see the unterer Jetzbachfall and further upstream the oberer Jetzbachfall.

Not very impressive waterfalls but the nature is very beautiful. Although early summer the waterfalls can be more powerful and then nice to see.
