Cascata Calonico

Cascata Calonico is a nice waterfall near Chiggiogna in the region Ticino Switzerland.

From highway E35 take the exit Faido/LavorgoCari and follow the signs Chiggiogna (keep left), then proceed to “strada cantonale vecchia” for 100 meter and park the car. Follow “via Fusengo” the pathway across the railway under the bridge (tunnel) for 600 meter then you will see the yellow signal “cascata Calonico” and the waterfall close to you. The waterfall is easy accessible and the path is well maintained.
