Cascada de Remuñe

Cascada de Remuñe is an impressive waterfall near Hospital de Benasque (Aragon-Huesca) in the Spanish Pyrenees.

Cascada de Remuñe is located near Hospital de Benasque, 13 kilometer north of Benasque along road A-139 (turn right on road A-139 to Llanos de Benasque). When crossing a small bridge you have to walk up along the river to see Cascada de Remuñe. There is no official trail but the waterfall Cascada de Remuñe can be reached in a few minutes.

Cascada de Remuñe is fed by melted snow that feeds a small lake and best can be visited Late spring or early summer.

Near Cascada de Remuñe you can find several other nice unnamed waterfalls and named waterfalls: Cascada de Aigüespasses and Cascada gorgas del Alba.
